Terms & Conditions - Soft Play
Even the fun stuff in life need some terms & conditions!
Due to the nature of the soft play, we at Little Beans Soft Play endeavour to keep the materials and equipment in exceptional condition and clean for each soft play party.
The following are basic rules and conditions which must be followed during the hire period of the soft play, failure to comply with these rules may resulting damage to the equipment.
On the day of your event, and once your hire agreement has been signed by the hirer, the hirer has taken responsibility for the equipment and the children using the equipment until the period of hire concludes.
If the equipment is damaged, lost or stolen whilst in the hirers care the hirer will be charged accordingly for the replacement or repair of the damaged goods/equipment.
A 50% total hire charge must be paid as a deposit (non refundable) to hold bookings. This may be done via a cheque or Bank transfer.
The remaining 50% of payment is to be paid on arrival in cash or if using a cheque, at least 1 week before your hire period starts to allow cheques to clear.
Neither food or drink are permitted on the equipment, this includes bottles and baby bottles.
No shoes (including adults) to be worn on the equipment (this is the main cause of damage to equipment) Children must be supervised carefully on the equipment at all times to ensure it is appropriate to their age and ability. Socks must be warn at all times. (we will provide a small basket of socks for those who need them)
The equipment supplied is strictly for the use of children 0 - 5 years (five years and below)
Little Beans require up to 60 minutes prior to hire commencing and up to 60 minutes after hire finishes allowing time to assemble and dismantle all of the equipment. It would be really appreciated if the ball pool balls could be back in either the pool or the netted bag provided as collecting these up will take a considerable amount of extra time.
Area of 24 square metres for the Superior Package , 20 square metres for the Venue package and 16 square metres for the lounge package of clear space will need to be provided to allow enough room for all the equipment to be assembled.
During dismantling of the equipment, Little Beans staff check and clean all equipment.... It is during this time any damage of equipment will be bought to the attention of the hirer.
It is for this reason that "help" to dismantle the equipment offered by parent will politely be refused.
