Soft Play Hire FAQ'S
What are your delivery charges?
These charges are calculated based on the distance between our base in Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 3LB and your party destination, we cover Southwater, Dorking and Crawley, within the 10 mile radius for free.
Please note the below covers delivery and collection, you only pay once.
Within 10 miles - Free
10 - 20 miles - £10 charge
20 - 30 miles - £15 charge
30 - 40 miles - £20 charge
Beyond 40 miles please send us an enquiry with details.
Can you give me more details about the venue requirements you need to set up your soft play?
We can set up in any venue as long as we have 12 square metres and a flat surface.
Examples of venues we can attend, Village halls, community centres, School fetes, fundraisers, homes, Christenings, Wedding venues and corporate events.
We can also set up outside if required, we do need up to 60 minutes before the event start time and up to 60 minutes after the event to assemble and disassemble the soft play equipment.
I would like to have a party at home, can you put together a smaller package for me?
Yes of course! Please use our enquiry form below to give details of the area and size of the package you require and we will get back to you promptly with a tailored package to suit your requirements.
I live outside West Sussex, are you able to hire your equipment to me?
Absolutely, we can go to areas outside of West Sussex, however we require an additional charge for fuel costs.
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the hire cost is required to secure the booking either via Paypal, bank transfer, cheque or postal order. The remaining balance needs to be paid on the day by cash or up to a week before if paying by cheque so it has time to clear.
